Redsan is married to a beautiful Kenyan lady and has 3 kids with a fourth one on the way.
But only a few people can point them out from a crowd as he never showcases them on social media. And there is a reason for that. He is a private person and also wants this family to enjoy their privacy plus he also wants to protect them from cyberbullies.
In an interview with a local daily he said, “I am married but you’ll never see my family, not even on social media. I’m very private when it comes to them because there are times they would want to be themselves and they can’t do that with me in public. I love spending time with them at home since I tour a lot, and they keep me grounded. I don’t want them to be victims of cyber-attacks from haters who can’t get to me.”
Redsan is not the only one who keeps their wife away from social media, Radio Citizen’s Mzazi Willy Tuva also believes in keeping his wife from social media.
In addition, “I’m the one in the public eye. Everyone has their life. She doesn’t like being in the limelight at all, she wants to live an ordinary life and I respect her choice. She is okay with her kids being in the public eye and she is happy about it but she doesn’t want the limelight. You know how the world judges people. Nowadays on social media, someone might just come and destroy your life since you gave them a chance by exposing your private life. I just respect her choice because she doesn’t want to be in the limelight at all.”
