Gospel Star Ringtone Apoko has had his own controversy in the showbiz. This recent past weekend Ringtone left Kenyans baffled after his public romantic gesture towards Ugandan socialite Zari Hassan.
Ringtone went over and above to purchase a new SUV range rover to gift Zari as a declaration of his love to her.
Zari who was in the country for a Cancer awareness campaign dubbed ‘The Color Purple Concert had zero chills on Ringtone as she publicly rejected the gift.
In a interview with one of the local media, Zari appreciated the gesture but rejected the range rover claiming she had bought her own and did not need another one neither was she looking for love.
The mother of five while asked by a fan whether she would take the range rover she had this to say “@ste_vens254 there is someone with a 1998 model that could use this range not me. I got my own #Realtal.” a statement that was directed to Diamond’s baby mama Hamisa Mabeto
The gospel star later went on to respond to his all time crush on social media saying
“Hey @zarithebosslady you know yesterday I had gone to church for kesha being a Friday so I didn’t watch TV. I have been informed this morning by my handlers that yesterday on one of the TV stations you acknowledged our efforts to show you our love. We thank you…..
